Disordered Eating Support

So many things can impact our relationship to food - burnout, neurodivergence, shame-filled social messaging. Maybe you're finding it hard to nourish yourself consistently, maybe food no longer feels as joyful as it once did, maybe the idea of exploring new options feels overwhelming.

I'd love to support you in (re)discovering the joy of food

Coaching Structure

I currently offer custom coaching programs to individuals and families (chosen or otherwise).

While the length of your program and frequency of our sessions will depend on your unique wants and needs,

the general structure of a coaching program will likely consist of the following:

Consultation

A 15-20 minute meeting to discuss what you're wanting to address and determine if I'm an appropriate support at this time

Main Coaching Sessions

60 minute sessions that may include grocery support, cooking and/or eating meals together, and one-on-one meetings where we assess current food behaviors, beliefs, and organization and explore potential changes

Text Check-ins

If you find yourself stuck during your coaching program or have a question in between sessions, I make myself available during set text check-in times

Intake/Assessment Sessions

Two 60 minute meetings to assess where you are and where you want t0 be. You will be given questionnaires to complete between sessions that will better help us to co-create a coaching plan tailored to your needs and goals

Wrap-up Session

60 minute session to reflect on progress and how to continue toward your long-term goals on your own. We will take an inventory of the skills you have gained, changes you made, and any other important lessons from along the way

Care-coordinated Coaching

With care coordinated coaching, I'll work in tandem with your current treatment providers (like dietitians and therapists) to provide additional support for the goals you're already working toward
